4.5-litre V8 Turbo-diesel
A 4.5L turbo-diesel V8 engine with manual transmission delivers 151kW of power at just 3,400rpm and a huge torque of 430Nm between 1,200 and 3,200rpm.
2.8-litre turbo-diesel automatic
A new 2.8 turbo-diesel 4-cylinder engine with automatic transmission delivers 150kW at 3000rpm to 3400rpm and peak torque of 500Nm between 1600rpm and 2800rpm.
Towing capacity
Built with the muscle to haul heavy loads, LandCruiser 70 Series has a braked towing capacity of 3500kg[G6].
Active traction control
To help you negotiate slippery or uneven surfaces, Active Traction Control employs the Anti-lock Braking System to reduce wheelspin and transfer drive to the wheel with the most traction.
