New Car Sales Executive
Canterbury Toyota is seeking an experienced and dedicated new car sales executive to join our team. Work with the number one manufacturer in Australian motor vehicle sales.
Desired experience:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in vehicle sales
- Proven sales record
- Excellent communication skills
- Guest first attitude
- The drive for continuous improvement
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Current Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
- Current Driver's Licence Clearance

Contact Centre Representative
Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you working for a forward thinking automotive dealership that values their people and provides training and support. Always looking on how we can do better and improve on our day to day process.
Your role will be based between Hurstville or Belmore and you will be handling customer product enquiries for service, sales, customer experience and process within an automotive environment for a major brand. The role can be flexible permanent part time work to full time based on the candidate and work requirements but must be able to work Mon - Fri business hours.
The Role:
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to service and sales
- Providing correspondence between customer & dealer staff
- Managing customer service bookings.
- Utilising & maintain customer records within our CRM Database
- Providing 100% customer service
Essential Criteria:
- Experience supporting a culture of customer service
- Ability to identify and respond quickly to customer needs
- Be well versed in Microsoft systems and basic PC operation
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 5pm
Desirable Criteria:
Multilingual - Chinese, Mandarin, Cantonese Speaking a plus

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic qualified automotive technicians to join us Full time at both of our sites.
What will you do?
Working in a busy state of the art workshop you will be responsible:
- Performing vehicle service maintenance, and preventative maintenance
- Carrying out warranty and diagnostic work
- Carrying out additional repairs/recommendations according to the manufacturers and dealership requirements
- Maintaining an efficient work ethic and impeccable guest service.
- Carrying out a range of engine and mechanical tests, to diagnose, repair and service Toyota vehicles.
- Providing expert advice in relation to current mechanical condition of vehicles.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all mechanical issues, bulletins and changes to relating to dealer product range.
What will help you succeed?
- Must be a licensed and trade qualified technician;
- 5 years' work experience as Technician
- Diagnostic and repairs Technician experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise workload;
- Strong technical skills;
- Team player and the ability to also work autonomously.
