Canterbury Toyota has a vacancy for a Delivery Driver to join our Toyota Parts team in Belmore. This role is ideal for a local resident with previous storeperson or delivery driving experience.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Receive and distribute all stock order parts into the warehouse
• Maintain delivery schedules
• Utilise proper lifting techniques to ensure safe handling of parts
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle enquiries professionally
• Pick and pack parts orders efficiently, accurately, and safely
• Pre-pick workshop service items for the following day
• Pick and deliver pre-delivery parts as required
• Locate and organise new parts within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment (OH&S compliance)
• Assist with stocktakes and report discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with all company policies

Parts Interpreter – Canterbury Toyota

We are looking for a professional and experienced Parts Interpreter to join our Parts department at Canterbury Toyota. This role is an excellent opportunity to utilise your previously honed skills, working with businesses in our area to fulfil their parts and vehicle needs.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and dealership experience. This is a face-to-face customer role requiring professionalism and a drive for success.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Parts Advising involves a range of duties related to selling Toyota Spare Parts, including:

• Identifying parts and components
• Consulting catalogues
• Carrying out storage and stock control procedures
• Material handling
• Providing customer advice
• Receiving and fulfilling parts orders
• Invoice preparation
• Organising dispatch
• Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support
• Preparing timely quotes for workshop vehicles
